Son of Aaron Harrison and Jerusha Warner, and born about 1748. In October 1770 the General Assembly cut a new ecclesiastical society called Farmingbury out of parts of Farmington and Waterbury, and at its first meeting, held in Joseph Atkins's house on 13 November, he was one of five men chosen chorister for the year. He was about twenty two. He was chosen again the next year, and by 1772 the record has him singing bass.

The same meetings put him to work on the money. He and Joseph Atkins were named to collect the half penny rate laid to defray the society's charges, and again to collect the rate laid to pay for having the society measured by a county surveyor.

He married a woman named Hannah and had five children baptised at Wolcott between 1777 and 1780. He removed to Watertown in Connecticut and was elected deacon of the church there in 1801, then removed again to Whitestown in Oneida County, New York, where he died on 21 January 1810 aged sixty one.
