Aaron Parker
Of Westford in Middlesex County, and the probable father of the Mary Parker who married Amos Boynton in January 1770. He was born at Chelmsford on 19 August 1713, the son of Aaron Parker and Abigail, and the family moved the few miles north to Westford while he was young. Westford had been set off from Chelmsford in 1729 and was still a new town when he began his own household in it.
He married twice. His first wife Mary died on 20 February 1737 in her twenty second year, and nothing else is recorded of her. He then married Dorothy, whose surname is not in the Westford register because they were not married there, and by her had eleven children between 1739 and 1757: Aaron, Joshua, Dorothy, MARY, Abigail, Sarah, Ebenezer, Deborah, Isaiah, Isaac and David.
He died on 30 September 1762, entered in the town record as Aaron, jr., in his fiftieth year. His father outlived him by thirteen years and died at Westford on 19 December 1775 aged eighty six years, seven months and twenty eight days.
