Elizabeth Richardson was baptized at Westmill in Hertfordshire on 13 January 1593/4, "Elizabeth ye daughter to Thomas Richardson." Her father, a husbandman, had come from Standon to marry Katherine Duxford of Westmill in 1590. She was the eldest of the children baptized there. John followed in 1596, James in 1600, Samuel in 1602 or 1604, Margaret in 1607 and Thomas in 1608. Another brother, Ezekiel, was born by about 1604 but is not in the Westmill register.

She married Francis Wyman at Westmill on 1 May 1617. The clerk wrote "Francis Wimant and Elizabeth Richardson weare maried 1° May." Francis was a farmer of the parish and a man of some property. Their children were baptized in the same church: Thomas on 5 April 1618, Francis on 24 February 1619/20, John on 3 February 1621/2, Richard on 14 March 1623/4, Elizabeth on 26 March 1626 and William on 31 August 1628.

She was buried at Westmill on 22 June 1630, thirteen years married. Her youngest, William, not yet two, was buried on 18 July. Her father made his will the next March and did not name her.

In the summer she died her brother Ezekiel was joining the church at Charlestown in Massachusetts. Her brothers Samuel and Thomas followed him, and the three were among the founders of Woburn. Two of her sons went after their uncles. Francis and John Wyman were at Woburn by 1640. Their father stayed at Westmill, married again, and in 1658 left each of them ten pounds "if they be in want and come over to demand the same." Neither of them ever did.
